What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Support Specialist position at RightClick?
As an IT Support Specialist at RightClick Professional Services LLC, you will ensure the seamless operation of our clients' IT systems by providing expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance. You will address a wide range of IT issues, helping clients optimize their technology for maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workstation/Laptops: Provide support for Windows and Mac workstations, and iPads (a plus). Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep client systems running smoothly.
- M365 Experience: Assist clients in managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Defender, Purview, Teams, and Intune (a plus).
- Networking: Support networking technologies such as routers, firewalls, and switches, troubleshooting network-related issues and maintaining infrastructure.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Provide efficient remote support to clients, resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, M365, and networking technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to high-quality service.
- Ability to travel to local client sites (CT/NY) for onboarding and troubleshooting as needed.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
