Description
RDTS is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with an active security clearance to support the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in Washington, D.C. This position will be full-time, fully onsite, with standard office hours. Start date is TBD.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Organizes, directs, and manages task order operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks in both classified and unclassified environments.
Manages teams of task order support personnel at multiple locations.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Cost and Budget management
The PM shall be available to the Contracting Office Representative (COR) via telephone and / or email. The PM shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of all performance, service, delivery, and technical inquiries or problems within two (2) hours of notification.
Requirements
U.S. Citizen
Maintain security clearance
Resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area
Minimum 8 years of experience managing delivery of integrated IT services and projects of this scope
PMP certification
Excellent reading and writing communication skills
Comfortability presenting concisely to senior level government personnel
