The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing successful deployment across various healthcare customers, ensuring seamless integration, timely execution, and customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with customers, engineering, client partners and internal stakeholders to implement solutions that ensures operational efficiency, aligns with business goals, and enhances customer satisfaction through seamless onboarding and adoption
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve future implementations.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for process enhancement
- Leverage analytics and reporting to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, self-service tools, and technology enhancements to streamline implementation.
Education and Experience
- 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or professional services, preferably in healthcare technology
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer success, onboarding, and software adoption strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS deployment, system configurations, and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL, data migration processes, and healthcare data security protocols.
- Experience with project management and implementation tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Clarity, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience working in high-growth or fast-paced SaaS environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in healthcare is a plus.
