The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Automation Service Mechanic (3rd Shift) , working in the Manufacturing industry in Denver, Pennsylvania, United States .
- Maintain the integrity of the process equipment, through preventive maintenance, process improvement, repairs and service response.
- Work with the Supervisors to ensure the system is running efficiently. During these duties, the Automation Service Mechanic will be under the supervision of one of the Automation Supervisors / Superintendents.
- Manage Safety Training and Review
- Handle Equipment LOTO and PPE
- Review safe access to equipment
- Follow fall protection
- Become familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Maintain accurate records.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain the integrity and efficiency of system equipment through :
- Manage preventive maintenance
- Work on the process improvement
- Handle Repairs
- Support all other operational needs
- Provide technical diagnostics and hands-on support
- Ensure part usage is accounted for, and inventories are maintained
- Be part of Continuous Improvement
- Work alongside outside vendors and 3rd parties
- Maintain effective communications with Operations and internal stakeholders.
