RIGHTSTONE is looking for dedicated Warehouse Project Specialist to join our team in Fontana, CA. If you have the physical capabilities and attention to detail required for this role – APPLY NOW!
Shift Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.)
Duration: 6 months contract
Required: Must pass a typing test and provide results. 8500 keystrokes per hour.
Essential Functions:
- Re-box and index files, transferring contents from old boxes to new ones.
- Use U-boat carts to move boxes into the workspace for re-boxing and labeling.
- Add tissue and card stock to boxes, place four labels on each, and break down old boxes.
- Perform data entry during indexing, maintaining a target of 30 boxes a day.
- Ensure accurate labeling, file organization, and workspace cleanliness.
Skills and Requirements:
- Physically able to lift and move boxes.
- Must pass a typing test with 8,500 keystrokes per hour.
- Strong attention to detail for file handling and labeling.
- Ability to meet daily productivity targets.
- Work well in a team environment.
