Our Business Development Center Associates build open friendly relationships with customers on the phone by answering questions, setting appointments, following up with customers, collaborating with co-workers and more. While your ultimate responsibility is to set appointments for salespeople to sell cars, you'll find that you accomplish this goal by providing outstanding customer service. In fact, our mission statement is "Create an experience for which the customer returns to do business with us again."
