We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor who’s not afraid to get their hands a little dirty (but also knows how to keep things sparkling clean)! If you’ve got experience in janitorial cleaning, a passion for coaching, and the ability to connect with people, we want YOU to join our crew!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Charge: You’ll guide our cleaning team to success with your expert knowledge of all things cleaning-related. You know your mops from your microfiber towels!
• Training & Coaching: Share your cleaning wisdom and help our staff shine (figuratively and literally).
• Talking the Talk: Communication is key! You’ll keep things running smoothly by staying in touch with staff and clients, and making sure everything’s spotless in more ways than one.
• Being Personable: You don’t just supervise, you connect! Whether it's a quick chat with a team member or checking in with clients, you make everyone feel like part of the family.
