Job Summary and Primary Objectives:
Perform accounts receivable functions following established procedures. Achieve company objectives related to payments from customers. Ensure controls are in place and procedures followed to apply cash correctly. Continuously improve accounts receivable related activities.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor receivables and maintain accounts receivable ledger
- Review all A/R entries
- Review A/R aging list on a monthly basis to spot unusual transactions and take necessary actions
- Apply Cash on a monthly basis
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing
- Perform and review fixed asset entries
- Review Fixed Assets report on a monthly basis to spot unusual transactions and take necessary actions
- Assist in corporate income and property tax return preparations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
- Good organization skills.
- Good aptitude for math.
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
Education and Experience:
- 2 year Accounting Degree
- 2-3 Years of Accounts Receivable experience required
Salary : $20 - $21
