  • Layout Planning
  • Equipment Delivery
  • Equipment Installation
  • Equipment Test Run
  • Equipment Selection
  • Equipment Inspection
  • Oversee Part Trial

 

  1. Kaizen Tasks
  • Implementation of New Kaizens
  • Support on Kaizen in each Dept.

 

  1. Other Tasks
  • Follow Plant Manager’s directions
  • Support Kaizen tasks of Japanese Coord
  • Support Japanese Coord on Countermeasures for Quality issues
