- Design roadways and transportation infrastructure for various projects
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and present project plans
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Train and mentor junior engineers in plan production and estimation
Key Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in highway design, interchange design, and roadway construction
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with expertise in MaineDOT and/or NHDOT standards
- Proficient in MicroStation V8i, Bentley InRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
