Note: This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 2-3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Account Executive Team and new business. Your role will be to contact net new potential Rightworks hosting customers to schedule Business Reviews with the Account Executive Team.

To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience reaching out to new prospects to schedule meetings to understand the intent of interest as well as getting more granular with pains and future state. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact to setting an appointment and passing it through to the Account Executives. You should feel comfortable engaging with c-level contacts.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate related products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities for future upsell
  • Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, social media)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience with cadence software (e.g. Groove, SalesLoft)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Metrics

  • Calls per day (prospecting activities)
  • Emails per day (prospecting activities)
  • Appointments set for Sales Agents
  • Opportunities generated/won

Eligibility Requirements

  • This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
  • Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
  • Relocation will not be offered for this position.
