ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, arrange and finalize OEM warranty repair orders with an emphasis on chassis related issues
- Finalize engine warranty repair orders and warranty claim submittals, occasionally based on workload
- Build and process OEM warranty claims
- Return failed material as needed
- Respond to OEM information inquiries
- Issue customer credits as needed
- Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer support/service-related work experience in an office environment or industry related experience
- Participate in OEM warranty training programs as necessary to perform job duties satisfactorily
- Intermediate desktop PC skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good typing skills
- Post secondary education
- Industry related background
- ADP experience
- Google Docs experience
