Position Summary: Claim and expense recovery activities for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Dealership DSFW (Dealer Sponsored Fleet Warranty) customers for OEM activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, arrange and finalize OEM warranty repair orders with an emphasis on chassis related issues
• Finalize engine warranty repair orders and warranty claim submittals, occasionally based on workload
• Build and process OEM warranty claims
• Return failed material as needed
• Respond to OEM information inquiries
• Issue customer credits as needed
• Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.
  
  
  

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer support/service-related work experience in an office environment or industry related experience
• Participate in OEM warranty training programs as necessary to perform job duties satisfactorily
  
  
  

KEY ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / CHARACTERISTICS:

• Intermediate desktop PC skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post secondary education
• Industry related background
• ADP experience
• Google Docs experience
