What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer position at RIIM?
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant discipline such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a UX Designer responsible for Design and UX Research and advocating for customer experience
- 3 – 5 years of user research and usability testing.
- Strong UI/UX design skills showcasing problem solving techniques focused on the customer.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Fig jam, and Miro.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.
- Define and execute a customer centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user research
- Strong journey mapping experience.
