Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Executive to lead a diverse range of technical Tenant Improvement (TI) construction projects, including Manufacturing, R&D, and Laboratories.
Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of construction projects, including strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Drive new business initiatives and manage Pre-Construction activities effectively.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with Clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead contract negotiations and closely monitor project profitability.
Identify potential risks and develop proactive contingency plans as needed.
Guide and mentor project teams to achieve successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive in General Contracting, adeptly managing projects from inception to completion.
At least 3 years of relevant experience within General Contractors in Northern California.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
