Real Estate Property Manager
Property Management/Real Estate Company is seeking a full time, long term, Property Manager for a fast paced, high volume, business in the Greenville area. We currently manage over 650 residential properties. You will manage approximately 250-300 family residential properties. This will require property showings throughout the Greenville area. YOU MUST BE A LICENSED PROPERTY MANAGER OR HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO APPLY.
YOU MUST BE RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE & DETAIL ORIENTED and possess at least 2 years industry experience. You must be able to work independently. AppFolio experience preferred but not required. QUICK HIRE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. You must have clean background check.

Salary: $40,000 to $57,000
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
- Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
- Provide Leasing Services to maximize occupancy of rental properties
- Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
- Working with Vendor’s to manage repairs with Owners/Tenants
- Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
- Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
- Working with office staff on all internal accounting functions: A/R, A/P, Balancing
Common skills and qualifications for Property Managers include:
- Great Customer service skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants/Owners
- Good verbal communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed and followed to completion
- Maintenance knowledge and ability to coordinate with vendors
- Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
- Knowledge of rental contracts and property and anti-discrimination laws
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or other accounting software.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical education is preferred.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Knowledge of Property Management is Preferred. .
- Knowledge of Property Management Maintenance is Preferred.
- Knowledge of Appfolio is Preferred.
