Fantastic opportunity available! Growing property management firm seeking to hire a property manager for one of our newly acquired communities. Candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the community which include:
- collecting and posting rents
- leasing homes
- overseeing the installation of new homes
- management of maintenance
- enforcement of community rules and regulations
- providing customer service
- New Construction Project Management
We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, has the ability to problem solve, and is organized. Candidate must be detail oriented, be able to multi-task, and be proficient on the computer to easily prepare reports, letters, and emails.
