The role is a member of the leadership team of a unit that is operational and staffed 24 x 7, weekends and holidays. It is expected that this position cover weekends/nights as needed.

This role will work alongside the manager and be responsible for developing and executing initiatives such as quality and safety, throughput, team member engagement, and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Charge or Shift Co experience preferred. Past leadership experience preferred.
- Emergency background, a plus!
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs preferred.
