Office Assistant/Administrator
Local company seeking mature, detail oriented front office assistant who is highly organized and proactive to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with clients and vendors.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
- Track, organize & code incoming bills
Skills:
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
· Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
