We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team 3-4 days per week including weekends. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients while providing support to the team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Thursday through Monday or Saturday through Monday
Pay Scale: $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least a year of customer service experience
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday-Monday or Thursday-Monday)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and organized with a positive attitude
