Sierra Oxygen Service is seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Coordinating with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer information
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Accurately inputting data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a billing-related role
- Preferred work experience in the DME industry and the ability to use Brightree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
