Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company headquartered in Pinehurst, NC. We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector. We are currently hiring skilled Press Brake Operators for multiple positions in the US. Essential Functions of this position may include but are not limited to :

Steel Processing takes raw material (plate and shapes) through a variety of cutting and forming techniques to create the parts to fabricate the hull and structure of our nuclear submarines within a fabrication shop or facility.

• Some of the essential functions in steel processing are :
• CNC Plasma, Laser and Oxy Fuel cutting machines for both plate and shapes
• Manual / Mechanized oxy propane torches, plasma torches and band saw cutting operation.
• Press Brakes ranging from 65 ton through 5k ton, forming rolls and c-frame press.
• 50-ton overhead cranes forklift and walkie stacks to maneuver steel through the dept.
• Capable of working in and supporting a 200% accountability team environment to meet organizational goals.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret for layout, forming and shipyard procedures.
• Ability to perform and use basic math and measuring tools to perform initial layout and verification of final dimensions.
• Previous experience in steel forming and steel cutting.
• Previous experience in Shipfitting, Carpentry or Metal Fabrication, is favorable.
• Previous experience in lifting and handling (Overhead Cranes, Forklifts etc.)
• Previous CNC experience with cutting / forming equipment.
• Experience with bending steel plates, oxy propane or plasma cutting equipment and band saw cutting operations.
• Applicants must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
