We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily residential construction to join our team. This individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and execution.

Lead coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain project scope and timelines.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved.

Oversee daily operations on-site, including quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking.

Monitor project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting.

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Work closely with ownership/development teams to align project goals and expectations.

Support contract negotiations and vendor selection as needed.
Qualifications:

5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong emphasis on multifamily projects.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily developments on time and within budget.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
