We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our client's Engineering Unit based in the Orange Park, FL area. As a Structural Engineer, you’ll work on various projects within the Public Works, Federal, and Private sectors, specializing in the design and analysis of structural systems, foundations, and load-bearing components.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems, foundations, and load-bearing components.
- Develop detailed plans and specifications for structural designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with client standards (Public, Federal, Private) and applicable building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare construction-ready designs, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software to produce accurate deliverables.
- Conduct site visits as needed for inspections, project oversight, and coordination with field teams.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
- EIT and Pursuing licensing required
- PE License recommended but not required

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Previous experience in the design-build construction industry or structural engineering firm.
- Experience with Public Works, Federal, Government, and Private sector projects is required.

Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and applicable building codes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
