The UES Texas Region is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager with 7 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will drive forward-thinking marketing strategies and lead the pursuit process across Central and South Texas. You’ll also have a chance to refine your leadership skills by mentoring team members and contributing to the region’s strategic marketing plan.
As a hybrid role, this position can be based in either Central Texas or North Texas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Facilitate and oversee the go / no-go decision-making process for pursuit initiatives.
- Lead the pursuit process from strategy development to final layout and production for Central and South Texas.
- Support sales and operations teams by preparing compelling marketing collateral for meetings and events.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional development.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with the region’s communications lead to provide social media content and project profiles.
- Manage orders for promotional and apparel items for local teams, as needed.
