Primary Job Role
Oversees and/or processes all payments received from customers, including checks, ACH and payment portal.
Processes signed contracts.
Reviews past due accounts.
Fulfills customer requests for information, i.e. account balances, payoffs, etc.
Files documentary stamps and sales tax returns.
Provides back-up to Executive Admin and Administrative Assistant for Ring Investment duties and Flight Manager for airplane scheduling.
Assists Property and Environmental Manager with processing invoices for DCF.
Provides training as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
