RingLeader is revolutionizing communications-as-a-service. We are an established provider seeking great candidates to run our channel regions for b2b, b2c and wholesale.
We are looking for Regional Account Manager(s) to join our team! You will be responsible for making our channel partners wildly successful by recruiting, training and assisting them in offering RingLeader's Carrier-Connect (SIP Trunking, Fax-over-IP, Conferencing, Mobility, Redundancy services), Enterprise-Connect (Cloud-based VoIP, Call-center, Call Recording) and Crowd-Connect (Application services for dynamic call centers and CROWDVOICING) services to their small to mid-size business customers in your assigned region.
If you live and breathe SIP, VoIP, Mobile Apps, IP PBXs and like to help channel partners add some value to their sale of phone systems with some phone, fax, conferencing and redundancy services . . . then we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile self-driven hunter who will be responsible for the growth of our indirect sales channels.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate and develop relationships with channel partners. The best way to do that is to care about their success.
- Spend a lot of time developing personal relationships by visiting partners, prospects and key customers in your assigned territory
- Be a fanatic to keep the funnel full. Leverage your sales engineering and marketing team to help you build those relationships with partners and their customers
- Develop a key understanding of end-customer pain points and be willing to lead them to their solution
- Review and optimize channel marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in channel marketing, selling or sales engineering or other related fields
- Experience in full life cycle of consultative sales process
- Expertise in sales in IP PBX related industry OR with a communications-as-a-service provider
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
