Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple projects, and has a strong ability to keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an effective problem solver who can manage key projects while providing executive support. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating office tasks, ensuring projects stay on track, and supporting leadership in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee and execute new client podcast launches, following a structured 45-day project plan.
- Ensure the appropriate team members—both internally and externally—are prepared and present for meetings.
- Drive internal and client-side actions by ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, completed correctly, and delivered on time.
- Plan and organize company projects, events, and team trips as needed.
