Description of Duties:
- Exemplify our Core Values
- Demonstrate exceptional soft skills: Effective communication, resiliency, proactive, detail-oriented
- Assist the CEO to keep clear and current on all correspondence including phone calls, emails, and internal communications
- Assist in organizing and resolving open loops, as well as setting reminders for deadlines.
- Assist the CEO in scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
- Assist the CEO in booking travel and accommodations for a variety of work trips during the year.
- Assist the CEO in carefully filtering requests and access from team members to protect their time and remain focused on top-level organizational needs.
- Facilitate resolution of challenges that arise within the scope of responsibilities.
- Engage in a Learning Pathway each week to reinforce and expand your knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, salaried position, located in New Hampshire. Our office hours are 8:00-17:00 Monday through Friday with a one-hour unpaid break at 13:00. Substantially more time is required to engage with the CEO's requests and schedule.
