Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Grain Operator to join our team at Ringneck Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading raw materials, maintaining daily update of cleaning and PM maintenance checklists, and collaborating with the maintenance department to facilitate equipment maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Learns and operates the computer DCS system for corn receiving, ethanol loading, and by-product loading.
- Follows procedures for plant area start-ups and shut-downs, as well as all aspects of the company safety program.
- Maintains accurate records of inventory levels, grain bin cleaning schedules, and routine duties calendar.
- Interfaces with plant personnel to ensure adequate corn, ethanol, and DDG movement and storage capacities are maintained.
- Collaborates with the maintenance department to facilitate maintenance and repair of Grain and DDG equipment.
