Job Description
The Industrial Machinery Operator will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. This includes performing preventative maintenance activities, communicating directly with production and shipping/receiving departments, and troubleshooting maintenance-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Repair or replace plant equipment or systems on a scheduled or emergency basis
- Assist with diagnosing and trouble-shooting maintenance related issues
- Work with external contractors to plan and implement installation of new equipment or systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or technical degree/certification; millwright, electrician, Welder, pipe-fitter experience preferred
