Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to personnel throughout the organization.
  • Managing the reception area and greeting guests.
  • Coordinating events such as meetings, shutdowns, and company parties.
  • Preparing for plant tours.
  • Making copies of correspondence and other printed materials.
  • Arranging conference calls and coordinating travel schedules.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Ordering and maintaining general office supplies.
  • Facilitating content gathering for newsletters and other communications.
  • Updating the company website and social media pages.
  • Monitoring the Administration building for cleanliness.
  • Assisting the Accounting team in filing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
