Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and directing them to the appropriate office or person.
- Maintains accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Provides general office support, including but not limited to:
- Distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Preparing materials for mailing.
- Completing forms and reports.
- Proofreading typed or printed materials.
- Typing routine correspondence reports and other materials.
Requirements / Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 2 years of administrative support/clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- All educational credits must be granted from an accredited institution approved by the U.S. Dept. of Education.
