- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations for financial optimization.
- Analyze industry trends and market conditions to support business strategy and long-term goals.
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate different business strategies and their financial impact.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of long-range planning and forecasting.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting M&A projects, including financial due diligence and modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
