The Sr. Recruiter will play a key role in driving the company’s recruitment success, working closely with hiring managers, business development teams, and external candidates to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality placements. This position requires a data-driven and relationship-focused approach to recruiting, with a strong ability to identify and engage top talent in the market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier Finance, Accounting, and IT professionals.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networking events, referrals, and Ringside Talent’s internal database.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through ongoing networking and industry engagement.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire candidate life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and retention.
- Act as a career advisor, providing insights on market trends, resume improvements, and interview preparation.
- Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure successful transitions into new roles.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to understand client needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of recruiting experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like PC Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
