What You’ll Do
- Lead Technical Excellence : Oversee the development of traffic designs, including traffic operational analysis, pedestrian and bicycle multimodal operations, complete streets initiatives, and more.
- Drive Project Success : Lead project meetings, present traffic design aspects, and provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Engage with clients, agency representatives, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative traffic solutions.
- Ensure Quality and Standards : Maintain high standards for deliverables and perform quality control for team members' work.
- Support Project Management : Assist project managers in meeting schedule and budget goals while driving technical progress.
- Foster Innovation : Develop intelligent transportation systems, signal designs, interchange access reports, and signing and pavement marking plans.
