Rinker was founded in 1964, headquartered in Houston, Texas, and has over 70 facilities across the United States and Eastern Canada.
We are looking for a Utility Worker to join our Waxahachie, TX plant. As a Utility Worker with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows and mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash
- Sanitizing: Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces
- Stocking: Restocking bathrooms and supply closet's
- Organizing: Keeping tools, equipment, and work area clean and well organized
- Reporting: Notifying supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
- Reorganize the yard. Organize equipment as needed.
- Participate in special cleaning or maintenance projects as required by plant management.
About You
We Require:
- Efficient and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management
- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning compounds
- Knowledge of cleaning chemical reactions
- Understanding of workplace safety standards
- Skilled in grounds maintenance
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Work well when supervisors are not present
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
