ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Marketing team, you will be directly responsible for helping Rinse grow and become a household name. You’ll work cross-functionally with a strong team of product, design, and operational leaders, with significant agency and opportunity to have an immediate impact and lead meaningful, strategic growth initiatives. You will report directly to our Director of Marketing and work closely with our CEO and the rest of the senior leadership team.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Implement targeted initiatives to fuel acquisition and retention, focusing on long-term growth
  • Partner with agencies to manage, scale and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g. AdWords, Meta, YouTube, TV, CTV, Podcasts, OOH, Direct Mail, Events, etc.) to drive acquisition and ROI
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, emphasizing creativity and data-driven decision making.
  • Cultivate and enhance Rinse’s brand, crafting impactful, resonant messaging that aligns with and reinforces consumer expectations.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategy and spend.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE…

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally at a fast-growing consumer company.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Comfort with both strategy and execution, and a desire to roll up your sleeves to deliver results.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction. You get things done!
