Front of House Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests
- Schedule, train and supervise front of house staff to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry (e.g., catering, hotel, banquet)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending or coffee service is a plus
- Experience in food production or culinary background is desirable
This position is not for a Food and Beverage Manager. This position manages the bar, servers and bartenders and actively assists with events.
