Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before they leave the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down food service areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
