Job Description : As an HR Administrative Assistant , you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and HR documentation (e.g., performance reviews, training records).
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
- Schedule and assist with HR meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry.
