Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee records, including hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding, in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, sending job offers, and maintaining the job posting process.
- Assist with employee communication, such as distributing company policies, benefits information, and other HR-related materials.
- Maintain accurate records and data, including attendance, payroll, and performance management documents.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee requests, handling benefits enrollment, and resolving HR-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement training programs and other employee development initiatives.
- Assist with compliance and auditing, including reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
