We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential support to our HR team, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee data, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee records, including hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding, in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, sending job offers, and maintaining the job posting process.
  • Assist with employee communication, such as distributing company policies, benefits information, and other HR-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including attendance, payroll, and performance management documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee requests, handling benefits enrollment, and resolving HR-related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement training programs and other employee development initiatives.
  • Assist with compliance and auditing, including reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR management.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous HR experience, with a focus on administration, preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both employees and management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
