Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and clients
- Support with resource allocation and task assignments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential issues or delays and assisting with problem-solving
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, timelines, and meeting notes
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear expectations and project success
- Help with the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and ensuring action items are tracked and completed
- Support the management of project budgets and ensure that expenses are within the approved limits
- Assist with risk management, identifying potential project risks and helping to mitigate them
- A degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related role (internships and relevant coursework are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and address issues as they arise
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a desire to learn and grow in project management
