We are seeking an organized, friendly, and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. You will provide administrative support to staff and management, helping with various tasks to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department. Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and take messages as needed. Manage office correspondence, including emails, packages, and deliveries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments for staff. Coordinate office maintenance and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized. Provide general administrative support to management and staff, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees or visitors. Help with the preparation and organization of office events, meetings, or company activities. Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, expenses, and petty cash. Ensure the office environment is welcoming, professional, and aligned with company culture. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly phone manner. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
