Key Responsibilities:

• Curate Exceptional Experiences: Oversee all operations to ensure each service delivers elevated dining, immersive ambiance, and seamless hospitality
• Inspire a World-Class Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing staff dedicated to impeccable service and culinary excellence
• Oversee Operations with Precision: Manage inventory, schedule staff strategically, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently from opening to closing
• Drive Financial Success: Analyze P&L statements, manage budgets, and develop strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets while maintaining cost efficiency

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing fine dining or high-end hospitality operations, with a deep understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house dynamics
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, interpret revenue trends, and control costs while driving profitability
• Visionary leadership skills to inspire and cultivate a team that reflects the supper club's values and standards
• Strong background in creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting
• Ability to innovate, think creatively, and implement strategies that elevate the brand and its offerings
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and stakeholders
• Adept at problem-solving and operational foresight to anticipate and resolve challenges smoothly
