The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our team!
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Manage and supervise the floor staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service hours.
- Maintain food and beverage service standards for the entirety of every shift.
- Ensure company policy, procedures, and service standards are being followed.
- Maintain positive team morale, displaying a high level of professionalism and brand standards.
- Address any staff concerns or conflicts with a fair and positive approach.
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure a positive guest experience, resolving concerns as needed.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities such as onboarding, payroll, etc. as needed.
- Perform other functions as needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Food Handler's and Title 4 Manager).
