About The Role
Oversee and allocate resources for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. Responsible for keeping construction project running correctly from start to finish, monitoring the progress onsite and taking actions to prevent delays on the schedule. Responsible for ensuring the safety of construction workers, managing the project schedule, trouble-shooting unexpected problems and delivering a final product that matches blueprints and engineering specifications.

About The Role

- Plan and oversee multi-phase, large-scale projects
- Make informed decisions on each project
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams
- Manage and keep teams focused and motivated
- Liaise with contractors.
- Ensure that all projects are on time, on budget, and progressing as planned
- Make quick adjustments when necessary; understand the full impact of those adjustments to the projects, personnel and budget
- Other duties as assigned
- Construction Management Association of America Certification a plus
- American Institute of Constructors Certification a plus
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity
- High School Diploma or GED
