We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team and help ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Support the Project Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with procurement, material ordering, and inventory management.
- Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential, commercial, and renovation projects.
- Familiarity with Central Texas building codes and regulations.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
