The Fleet Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, documenting, and managing all heavy haul transportation activities for the entire company. The Fleet Dispatcher must be a Subject Matter Expert in Florida DOT regulations and responsible for ensuring our drivers and third-party vendors are operating in a safe and complaint manner. This is a heavy volume & fast paced role, managing heavy off-road construction equipment moves, within a high-performance equipment management organization.

Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and communicate job expectations to Logistics team members
- Maintain technical and product knowledge on all regulations & requirements within area of responsibility
- Effectively utilize Centralized computer system for documenting moves, scheduling drivers, and assigning third-party carriers
- Accountable for system data quality related to Service operations
- Approve weekly timesheets and allocate driver labor hours accordingly
- Respond and follow up with employee issues and/or concerns
- Review and approve all applicable repair estimates
- Completing employee annual reviews
- Responsible for generating reports, analyzing the data, and driving corrective actions
- Ensure that appropriate communications take place throughout the logistics team by leading regular weekly team meetings, encouraging an open-door policy, and proactively seeking feedback from team members
- Foster an engaged work environment within the company, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customer
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in written or verbal form.
- Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Ability to effectively execute any/all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
