Our Schools
We consist of five elementary schools, one high school, and one continuation high school. Our student population includes approximately 2,288 elementary students in grades TK through 8, divided between the five elementary schools, and combined, our two high schools have approximately 1,067 students in grades 9 through 12.

We employ over 350 certified staff members, including teachers and itinerants who provide regular classroom instruction and special services. Additionally, we have over 200 support staff employees, comprising aides, bilingual liaisons, secretaries, custodians, yard duties, and more. Job Description: Bus Driver (Part Time)
Under general supervision, this position operates a school bus over designated routes to transport school children, exercising good judgment and extreme caution. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain order among students on the bus, learn a designated bus route, and follow verbal and written directions.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid State of California chauffeur's license and school bus driver's license.
- Six months experience as a bus driver of a reputable transportation service, or one year of truck driving experience.
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
Typical Duties:
- Drives a bus daily over designated routes in accordance with time schedules, picking up and discharging school children.
- Escorts children across streets stopping traffic when necessary.
- Transports students and teachers on field trips to various locations, choosing the best route and making departure and arrival times as scheduled.
- Cleans interior and windows and assists in maintaining bus in safe operating condition.
- Maintains good order among students on the buses, following district policies regarding the discipline of children and contact with parents and other citizens.
- Keepts records of mileage and prepares reports of driving hazards and incidents.
- Inspects bus on a daily basis and before an extra curricular trip.
