We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Charlotte.

About the role
The primary focus of the HR Generalist is to provide strategic and full cycle recruitment to attract, hire and retain the best talent while growing a solid pipeline. A successful incumbent will have proven experience providing full cycle recruitment (from end to end) for diverse positions while delivering a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the requisition process from approval to on-boarding while guiding hiring managers through the selection process.
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
- Create, prepare, and extend all offers to potential candidates.
- Provide appropriate feedback throughout the interview and selection process to advise and influence hiring managers, ensuring an overall effective hire.
- Create and implement employment marketing strategies to build Ripple Fiber’s people brand and attract passive job seekers.
- Assist the manager in strategizing for a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g. university outreach, campus recruiting) to build Ripple Fiber’s short and long term candidate pipeline.
- Ensure content on career opportunities section of Ripple Fiber’s website and other external sites is current and aligned to our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Prepare / contribute to search status reports and lead / participate in weekly update meetings on active searches.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with the respective hiring managers to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of recruitment process.
- Build data, reporting, and insights to measure the impact of our talent acquisition processes.
- Build a network of selected and targeted prospective candidates through proactive direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners as well as external users and partners including university faculty, student groups, alumni groups, professional organizations.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and / or opportunities and to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Initiate and maintain excellent relations with business and HR partners.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think abstractly to deal with ambiguous / undefined problems.
- Demonstrate independent judgment, decision making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to suppliers, customers, and other employees within the organization.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
